Dr. Jamie Takayesu is a radiation oncologist and clinician-researcher focused on cancer survivorship and how radiation techniques and other services can improve functional outcomes, especially for patients with gastrointestinal and prostate cancers. A graduate of the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Dr. Takayesu also completed residencies in preliminary internal medicine at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and in radiation oncology at the University of Michigan Medical School.
