My clinical and research interests include the application of molecular methods for the diagnosis of infectious diseases and novel pathogen discovery, infections in cancer patients and recipients of hematopoietic cell transplants, diagnosis and treatment of fungal infections and molecular diagnostics for bacterial and fungal infections.
